A warm welcome
Our outlet is where you’ll find those Neptune pieces that we can’t include in our main collection. That might be because they have an imperfection or a non-essential part missing; because they’re custom pieces returned by our customers (perhaps because the colour wasn’t quite right); or because we’ve discontinued that design.
Sometimes, there will also be pieces we’ve taken on photoshoots or had on display in store, and occasionally there’s a one-of-a-kind sample too.
Experts
Here at the Neptune Outlet, we’re a team of seven. Jodie’s our Store Leader, Holly runs our Website and Social Media Platforms - then there’s Abby, Nataliya, Karen, Jenny and Elizabeth – our five Home Specialists.
Whoever you chat to will be able to help with everything from measurements and delivery to more details on the piece you’re interested in.
If you stop by and see us, you might also meet Heather- the Neptune HQ receptionist. You will find her meeting and greeting at the front desk, as well as making sure everything is organised in the HQ showroom.
The Provenist
Looking for somewhere to sit down, mull over your decorating ideas, and recharge your batteries?
Our café, The Provenist, is at the heart of the HQ showroom. Here, you can tuck into brunch, lunch or simply just coffee and a small bite to eat. All our dishes are locally sourced where possible, freshly made that day, and largely plant-based.
The Provenist serves hot food until 2:30pm and cake and coffee until 3:30pm Monday-Friday.
